As the former Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Korite International and Technical Sales Manager at Tarpon Structures, Mr. Clowater exhibited strategic prowess by directly engaging with oil and gas companies to drive business growth. In his role as Regional Manager for Newalta, he provided leadership across three divisions, orchestrating operations in Central, Heavy Oil (Alberta, Canada), and On-site Operations with global contracts. As an Operations Manager at Northern Wasco County Public Utility District (PUD) in The Dalles, Oregon, Deane supervised all outside crews and related duties, ensuring projects were completed efficiently and on schedule while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. His leadership skills were instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts to promote team cohesion and productivity. Additionally, Deane played a key role in contract negotiations, securing favorable terms with vendors and contractors to maximize value for the organization. Prior to his role as Operations Manager, Deane served as an Electrical Technician/Manager at Florida Power and Light (FPL) in South Florida.
